RangeO wants to hear about it when something's gone wrong — whether that's a problem with the app, a business on the platform, or how we've handled a previous request. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next.
The fastest way is Help & support inside the app or business dashboard — it opens a ticket our team can see and reply to directly. You can also email info@rangeo.com.au. Please include what happened, when, and — if it involves a specific offer or business — the offer or business name.
If your complaint is about an offer not being honoured, a business being unresponsive, or something similar, you can also use the Report option on the offer itself — this flags it for our review separately from a support ticket, and repeated reports can pause an offer while we look into it.
If you feel a complaint hasn't been resolved fairly, tell us in your reply and ask for it to be escalated — a member of the team will take another look. As an Australian consumer, you also always have the option of contacting your state or territory's consumer affairs / fair trading office, or the ACCC for matters affecting consumers more broadly, if you'd rather raise it externally.
Businesses on RangeO can raise billing, account, or platform complaints the same way — through Help & support on the dashboard or by emailing us — and the same acknowledgement and review process applies.
